Fun, Faith-filled Romance

Denise M. Colby’s debut novel is a winner! What I loved, and why readers of Christian Historical Romance should read When Plans Go Awry:
1. Faith-filled. I love Olivia’s journey from a woman who thinks she has all the control to one who realizes God is in control. And that it’s a good thing.
2. The lovely chemistry between the hero and heroine.
3. Although life for the main characters has some bumps, there is fun, too. The book isn’t all about the angst, but there are definitely laughs along the way.
4. The must-have dog character is substituted by a cantankerous, yet lovable, rooster.
5. The secondary characters are well-developed.
