Deeply Developed Characters

Lori DeJong’s debut novel is much more than a typical romance. In Love’s True Calling, she delves deeply into her characters’ psychological and spiritual psyches which gives them an air of authenticity. Her story is full of unexpected twists and turns, and I cried more than once. The ending was satisfying, yet at the same time it left me wanting more. I can’t wait to read the sequel! – Gini
