March 2025 Reader Challenge

There are many reasons to celebrate during March—The first day of Spring, Dr. Seuss Day, Pancake Day, Dance the Waltz Day, and many more, including the obvious one, St. Patrick’s Day.

Our 2025 March Reader Challenge BINGO card encourages readers to read books that give a nod to some of this month’s themes and special days including the following:

• National Let’s Laugh Day/International Day of Happiness/Share a Smile Day

• Dr. Seuss Day
• National Read Across America Day
• National Dance the Waltz Day
• National Pancake Day
• National Cereal Day
• National Dream Day
• National Single Parent Day
• Respect Your Cat Day
• World Piano Day
• National Take a Walk in the Park Day
• National Doctors Day
• Red Cross Month
• National Small Press Month
• National Umbrella Month
• Middle-level Education Month
• National Craft Month

How to play:

• Please only count books read during March 2025
• Make a BINGO either across, down, or diagonally using the official February 2025 Scrivenings Press BINGO card (posted below)
• Go to the March 2025 Reader Challenge entry page (https://scrivenings.link/readingchallenge)
• Enter using your email address
• Answer the question by listing the books you read to make your BINGO

PLEASE NOTE: Only entries from the official entry form will be counted. Do not leave a comment on this post or on any social media posts about this contest–your entry won’t count. However, you may make comments about which books you found that meet the criteria in the BINGO card, if you want to help other players, but those comments will not constitute an entry into the drawing.

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all official entries. No purchase is necessary to enter, and the official entry form includes the contest rules. By entering this drawing, you agree to have your email address added to the Scrivenings Press email newsletter list.
