Fantastic for Fans of Fantasy!

I was ecstatic to read his new book Quest of Fire: Desperation.

The world building Brett Armstrong has done in this series is fantastic and I love the included maps so I can get a better feel of everything in my mind.

The characters were developed very well and I loved how Brett Armstrong showed you the characters rather than telling you about them. It was easy to get to know them, and be enchanted with their journey. I will say that I did have a bit more trouble connecting to the characters than in the previous book. However, I still very much enjoyed them.

The wonderfully interwoven themes of faith and strength made this book a great addition to my library!

I can’t wait to see what Brett Armstrong writes next.
